In the beginning...there was Bobbie's Boat Sauce. It was a tomato-forward, umami and complex sauce. And Bobbie saw that it was good on everything. Then, she wanted one that was hotter, so she created Hot Boat Sauce, and it too was good on everything. Then, Bobbie wanted a seasoning blend that had all of the tomato-forward, umami complexity of Boat Sauce that she could also sprinkle on popcorn, use as a dry rub, and top on other things like avocado toast and eggs. And Bobbie brought her Boat Sauces and Boat Dust together, and named them a Sauce + Dust Pack, saw that it was good.
