Ordered the duo off a recommendation from Sandwiches of History on Instagram. The Hot is great on sandwiches, eggs, pizza. My preferred pizza hot sauce now after one try. Haven't used it in recipes yet but am looking forward to it. Gave the duo a four-star review instead of five because I haven't found the best use for the Classic sauce yet. Will have to experiment in different preparations but to this point, I prefer the Hot to the Classic as a basic topping.
It’s the best! I’ve started adding it to most dishes I cook. Scrambled eggs, any pasta, sautéed veggies. It’s so good!!
I’m almost out of my first bottle of HOT, about to open the ORIGINAL. I cook almost every night, it goes on everything. It’s got that great balance, it complements rather than overwhelming or simply upping the spiciness. I’ve already started spreading the word to friends who make and sell their own sauces, just as an example of someone doing it right. I’m going to keep this on hand permanently, which, thanks for the reminder, I’ll be out of the HOT by tomorrow for sure.
I can’t say enough nice things about Bobbie’s Boat Sauce. I won’t shut up about it. It’s like I’m a born-again Bobbie.
